Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 2026
Immortal Vedas ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you book a consultation, buy a product or join the 21-Day Yoga programme, and how we use it.
1. What we collect
• Identity and contact details: name, phone number, email address and shipping address. • Health information you choose to share: symptoms, history, prescriptions and consultation chat messages. • Order and payment records: items purchased, invoice details, and the payment reference returned by our payment gateway. • Technical data: device and browser information needed to keep the site secure.
2. How we use it
• To provide consultations, prescriptions, orders and yoga membership access. • To send order confirmations, GST invoices, appointment updates and service messages by email, SMS or WhatsApp. • To meet Indian legal, tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
3. Card and payment data
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and netbanking credentials are entered on the gateway and never reach our servers. We store only the payment reference and amount.
4. Who else sees your data
Only service providers who help us deliver the service: our payment gateway (Razorpay), transactional email provider, SMS/WhatsApp provider, and courier partners for shipping. They receive the minimum required and may not use it for anything else.
5. Health information
Consultation notes and prescriptions are treated as confidential. They are visible to the treating vaidya and to administrative staff who need them to fulfil your order. We never publish them.
6. Retention
Order, invoice and prescription records are retained for as long as Indian tax and medical record-keeping rules require. Marketing preferences can be withdrawn at any time.
7. Your choices
You may ask us to correct your details, send you a copy of your data, or delete data that we are not legally required to keep. Write to us using the contact details on the site and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use a single secure session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
9. Children
Accounts are for adults. A guardian must book and supervise any treatment for a minor.
10. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
