By using this website, booking a consultation, purchasing a product or subscribing to the 21-Day Yoga programme, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Immortal Vedas is an Ayurvedic practice operating in India, offering consultations, Ayurvedic and cow-based (Gavya) products, classical texts and a yoga membership programme.
2. Medical disclaimer
Ayurvedic consultations and products support health; they do not replace emergency or specialist medical care. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis. Always disclose existing conditions, pregnancy and ongoing medication before taking any preparation, and seek immediate medical help in an emergency.
3. Consultations
Appointment requests are confirmed by the clinic. Please be available at the confirmed slot; for online consultations a working phone or video connection is your responsibility. Prescriptions are issued for the person consulted and must not be shared.
4. Products and orders
Product descriptions, weights and prices are shown on the product page. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST at the applicable rate. We may limit quantities or refuse an order where stock, serviceability or misuse is a concern. Natural products vary slightly in colour and aroma between batches.
5. Delivery
Orders are dispatched pan-India through courier partners. Delivery timelines shown are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provided; please ensure it is complete and reachable.
6. Yoga membership
The 21-Day programme is ₹100 for the first 21 days and then renews at ₹251 per month until cancelled. Access is personal and non-transferable; sharing login details or recording and redistributing lessons ends the membership without refund. 1-on-1 evening sessions are subject to availability.
7. Payments
Payments are collected through Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after the gateway reports a successful payment. Where a payment fails or is reversed, the order is cancelled.
8. Intellectual property
Text, photographs, videos, lessons and the classical-text library on this site belong to Immortal Vedas or its licensors and may not be copied, resold or republished without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other users' records, or post unlawful, abusive or misleading content in the community section. We may remove content and suspend accounts that do.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific consultation, product or membership period concerned.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
