Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be comfortable with every purchase. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for products, consultations and the yoga membership.
1. Products — cancellation
You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Write to us with your order number; if the parcel has already left our premises, the returns rule below applies.
2. Products — returns
Because these are ingestible and ritual-use goods, we accept returns only where the item is damaged in transit, expired, or not the item you ordered. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photographs of the parcel and batch label. Approved returns are replaced free of charge or refunded in full, including shipping. Opened or partly used products, and products stored in a way that spoils them, cannot be returned.
3. Refund timelines
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days of approval. Bank posting times are outside our control.
4. Consultations
Reschedule or cancel a consultation at least 12 hours before the confirmed slot for a full refund or a free reschedule. Cancellations within 12 hours, or a missed appointment, are not refundable as the vaidya's time was reserved. If the clinic cancels or cannot attend, you receive a full refund or a slot of your choice.
5. 21-Day Yoga membership
The ₹100 introductory period is refundable within 3 days of joining if you have watched no more than two lessons. After that, the introductory fee is not refundable. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Yoga → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period and the next ₹251 charge is stopped. Part-used months are not refunded. Missed live classes or 1-on-1 evenings are not refunded, but can be rescheduled subject to availability.
6. Failed and duplicate payments
If money is debited but the order or membership is not activated, it is either reconciled automatically or refunded in full. Send us the payment reference and we will confirm within 2 working days.
7. How to reach us
